To Close and Restart Your App

  1. Double-tap the Home button, or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold (depending on your iPhone model).
  2. Find the Tandem Mobi mobile app and swipe up to close.
  3. Tap on the Tandem Mobi mobile app icon to re-open the app.

After closing the Tandem Mobi mobile app, reopen it to ensure the issue has been resolved. If the issue persists, try to unpair and re-pair the pump. If the problem persists after re-pairing, visit our support page to contact Tandem Diabetes Customer Technical Support.
