To Close and Restart Your App
- Double-tap the Home button, or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold (depending on your iPhone model).
- Find the Tandem Mobi mobile app and swipe up to close.
- Tap on the Tandem Mobi mobile app icon to re-open the app.
After closing the Tandem Mobi mobile app, reopen it to ensure the issue has been resolved. If the issue persists, try to unpair and re-pair the pump. If the problem persists after re-pairing, visit our support page to contact Tandem Diabetes Customer Technical Support.
